You can join Cartoon Kingdom’s celebration and meet exclusive guests at Basilica, Caesars Windsor’s private club room. There, you will meet and mingle with special guests, enjoy a beverage and a complete view of the Detroit Skyline.

  • Confirmed attendees will meet at the Cosmos Lounge at Caesars Windsor at 4:45 p.m., Saturday, September 30, 2023 and be escorted to the Basilica
  • There will be no autographs or photos taken during this time
  • A ticket will be provided to attendees on-site for a beverage to be redeemed at the event
