EXHIBITOR APPLICATION

Thank you for your interest in the Northern National Collectors’ Convention (Northern National).

Due to the immense popularity of the inaugural Northern National Collectors’ Convention and applications to date, exhibitor registration is closed. New exhibitor applications will be placed on a waitlist should space open on the showroom floor with a potential cancellation.

Exhibitor space will be made available on the showroom floor through a brilliantly lit, climate-controlled, carpeted environment with immediate access to washroom facilities as well as the Augustus Tower hotel.

Should your business secure accommodations on-site in the Augustus Tower, your room will be accessible to you within less than a 10-minute walk from the showroom floor with direct key-card elevator service. There are also several restaurants and entertainment on-site.

Please note that your completion of this application does not automatically confirm your booking at this event. Bookings will be received and reviewed in order of receipt via time and date stamp. Bookings will be 100% confirmed as both application and payment for the Exhibitors’ space are received.

Exhibitor load-in will begin on Thursday, September 28 at 3:00 p.m. and will conclude on Friday, September 29, 2023, at 2:00 p.m.

Exhibitor

Exhibitors at the Northern National will receive the following benefits:

  • Convention exhibitor designation status
  • Convention activation space
    • 1, 10 ft. x 10 ft. activation space
    • 1, 8 ft. black skirted table
    • Pipe and drape
    • 2 chairs
  • Caesars express exhibitor service
    • Caesars staff will receive exhibitors’ products upon arrival at the loading bay dock doors and place exhibitors’ products at their booked activation space pre-and post-event to ensure ease of access and seamless check-in.
  • On-site crew support
    • Northern National’s crew will periodically make trips throughout the show to provide support to exhibitors on-site. This includes temporary coverage of exhibitor space should the owner require a break to order food. Purchase of food on-site will be at the expense of the exhibitor.
  • Name recognition on Convention map
  • 2 exhibitor passes for Convention for employees
  • On-site free parking at Caesars Windsor.

Price: $600 per space
(Corner or Wall Add-On +$100, Electrical & WIFI +$100)
Number of Spaces Available: 150 (All Prices CDN + HST)

Special Note: Exhibitors who purchase three or more booths will receive a discount of $100 for each booth. Corner and wall add-ons plus requirements for electrical and WIFI will still apply.
